As many of you know, Peter Neupert is a frequent blogger on the topic of health care here at Microsoft on the Issues as well as on his own blog,  Neupert on Health. In addition, he’s recently authored a blog post for the Harvard Business Review entitled Stop Demanding Too Little of the Health Care Industry, which highlights the need for game-changing transformation in health care.

Peter points out that today’s health care system does not encourage consistent health management or real-time engagement, nor does it reward innovation. But he notes that new organizations are still bringing new ideas to the table. According to Peter, the right mix of structural change, innovation and technology will together shift the business of health and create a better system. Check it out.
