The Microsoft Education team with Microsoft Innovative Educators, showing off their superhero status.

As students and teachers settle into the fall school term, Microsoft is offering eight new educational resources to help enable individualized teaching and learning. In a post on the Official Microsoft Blog, Anthony Salcito, vice president of Worldwide Education at Microsoft, details the new resources, which range from free Office tools to in-person classes and workshops at Microsoft Store retail locations (also free).

The resources are offered as part of Microsoft’s ongoing commitment to supporting education, both in the classroom and outside of school. Through programs like Microsoft YouthSpark, the Imagine Cup, and Microsoft Innovative Educators, the company helps teachers and students learn new skills and ideas to make the most of their creativity and build the future of our world.

“There’s no better place to use technology – and its promise to change lives – than in the hands of great teachers,” says Salcito. “Teachers, we celebrate your superhero status!”
