After months with the doors closed due to the pandemic, the São Paulo State Court of Justice (TJSP) resumed public service with the help of Microsoft Bookings, a scheduling tool integrated with Microsoft 365.
Approximately one million people were served every day in the state’s 3,000 judicial units on a first-come, first-served basis. In order to ensure measures of social distance on premise and to organize the resumption of face-to-face activities, the TJSP decided to use the Microsoft tool. In addition to helping control the number of people in each building at the same time, by organizing the rotation of its own employees.
