Microsoft customers now have early access – and an opportunity to provide feedback – to Relationship Insights for Dynamics 365, which leverages the data-integration and artificial intelligence capabilities built into Azure to combine and analyze Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Outlook data.
Relationship Insights uses the learnings derived from that analysis to surface features that help guide a user’s daily work, like identifying actionable email messages and proposing the best path forward. Relationship Insights features are context sensitive, so the information they present and the suggestions they make are always relevant to whatever a customer is doing right now.
The Relationship Insights suite is currently in preview only for North American sites that use US English (en-us). Preview features are considered stable but are still under development, so they aren’t meant for production use and may have limited or restricted functionality.
