Salesforce and Skype for Business team up for faster turnaround on sales tasks and customer queries

Salesforce users can significantly reduce the turnaround time on sales tasks and customer queries with the new Skype for Salesforce. The feature uses the capabilities of Skype for Business Online directly within Salesforce to let sellers communicate with colleagues in real-time, straight from the Salesforce Lightning Experience.
