“Fire: Ungh’s Quest” is a “puzzleventure” starring a Neanderthal named Ungh who falls asleep while tending the village fire and is now in search of a new flame. You join him in all sorts of improbable places in his journey for it.
Just a swipe and each environment comes to life, and with a little logic you’ll be solving each situation and fanning the flames of your exploratory spirit. You can fire coconuts from a mammoth’s trunk, save a fair maiden from the Octo-Boss, or turn into an animal as the need arises. And with no text or dialogue, the atmospheric soundtrack and hand-drawn scenes help convey what words can’t as you and Ungh forge forward. Is that light at the end of the tunnel a flame? It’s up to you and Ungh to find out.
Install “Fire: Ungh’s Quest” for $9.99 from the Windows Store.
