Microsoft has announced the winners of the 2016 Microsoft Health Innovation Awards, given each year to health organizations that use technology in new ways to improve health care.
This year’s winners include the Primary Health Medical Group and its technology solution partner, Proskriptive, which blended electronic medical records with claims data, helping Primary Health to more easily identify and manage “cost/quality” commitments. Microsoft also awarded Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and its solution partner, Tribridge, which built a solution on Microsoft Dynamics CRM to help Dartmouth-Hitchcock deliver more personalized, coordinated care.
The winners were announced at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society Annual Conference & Exhibition (HIMSS16) in Las Vegas.
