Playing older ‘Forza’ games pays off as loyalty rewards added for ‘Forza Motorsport 5’

Nov 4, 2013

Longtime Forza players will be able to earn loyalty rewards at the launch of “Forza Motorsport 5” on Xbox One, which is available on Nov. 22.

As the official Forza site reports, a new tier is being added to the Forza Rewards structure for “Forza Motorsport 5.” That sixth tier gives you the 160,000 credits. The McLaren P1 above comes in at the fifth tier, plus 80,000 credits. “Assuming you are at least Tier 2 at the time of the launch of ‘Forza Motorsport 5,’ you’ll earn a brand-new car that will be sent directly to your Forza 5 garage, as well as credits that can be redeemed today and will be available for you the moment you begin playing ‘Forza Motorsport 5.’”

To get started, head over to the Forza Rewards website and check out your current Forza Rewards tier level. The higher your tier level, the better the rewards you earn each month. You can increase your tier level by playing older Forza games. You can earn points through achievements, total number of miles you’ve driven and so on. The more you put into the game, the more points you’ll earn, and the higher your tier level will be.

Check out the official Forza site for all the details.
