Eyeing the holidays already? So is Dell, with new Inspiron PCs

Sep 24, 2013

Dell on Tuesday announced new additions to the Inspiron family of devices for the holidays – including a brand new all-in-one.

The new Inspiron 7000 Series laptops (pictured above) are the thinnest Inspiron laptops ever, and are made of forged aluminum with diamond-cut beveled edges. So they’re light, but durable too.

All Inspiron 7000 Series laptops will come with a 10-point multitouch display with edge-to-edge Corning Gorilla Glass NBT and feature backlit keyboards. Plus, each is powered by Intel 4th generation Core i5 and Core i7 processor options, with SSD options on the 15-inch and 17-inch models.

Add it up, and the Inspiron 7000 Series models are great looking, thin, light and powerful.

The new Inspiron 11 3000 Series (pictured above) is a new ultra-portable model for people who are on-the-go and also need excellent performance and battery life. In terms of thinness, it measures just 0.83 inches (21.2mm), and weighs a little over 3 pounds. It also comes with up to 8 hours, 20 minutes of battery life, and features a 10-point multitouch display. Perfect for Skype, it also comes with noise-cancelling (dual-array) microphones, which help make your audio conversations super clear when you’re in public places.

Last but not least, Dell is expanding its All-in-One portfolio with the Inspiron 23 (above). It comes with a razor-thin design and a 10-point full HD capacitive touch display. Tilt the display at an angle that is close to you, or lay it completely flat.
