Brasil continues to find solutions to help improve public health, the economy and education. The Microsoft COVID-19 report highlights another advancement brought on by the pandemic: operational technology. Microsoft’s Bookings, a scheduling tool integrated with Microsoft 365, has assisted the São Paulo State Court of Justice (TJSP) resume public service after more than three months of 100% remote work. Before the pandemic, TJSP served one million people a day without appointments.
With the change in procedures, including social distancing, Bookings has helped control the number of people in each building to better organize requests and keep visitors and employees safe with the use of appointments. To read more about TJSP’s digital transformation story, click here.
