Every day, we are learning more and more about the global impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19)—how the health crisis is affecting our families, employees, and businesses. I want you to know from all of us at Microsoft, the health and well-being of our customers, partners, suppliers, and employees is our ultimate priority right now. And while there is uncertainty around the world, there is also a lot of hope, with incredible examples of partnership and innovation in the face of exceptionally challenging times.

For decades, Microsoft partners have been at the center of how we deliver technologies and business transformation to customers. Today, more than ever, we need to collaborate and co-innovate to meet those customers’ needs. For our part, that means ensuring that we’re giving you the support you need in the weeks and months to come.

In my March 16 blog post, I shared some initial resources to help enable remote work for your customers and your own organizations. Based on your feedback, we’ve updated that blog including the CSP Office 365 E1 Trial, which allows partners in the CSP program to initiate and manage the experience. We’ll continue updating that post as our product teams bring new capabilities online. I also encourage you to take a look at the latest updates about remote work, our commitment to customers and Microsoft cloud services continuity, and shared resources for our mutual customers.

We have also been carefully considering how our partner programs can serve our partners best, as this situation evolves. We understand that some partners may want to accelerate their pace, while other partners may want to slow things down. Regardless, what is most important for you to know at this moment in time is that we are listening to feedback from you, our partners, and doing what we can to help.
