Welcoming the Second University of Chicago Civic Leadership Academy Cohort

All around the city, Chicagoans are working to create new opportunities to be involved in civic growth. And the Civic Leadership Academy, a new program with the University of Chicago, helps spur this growth. CLA is building the next generation of leaders in nonprofits and government through a rigorous Certificate program and a Capstone Project at the University of Chicago.

Last night, we were honored to join the University of Chicago’s Office of Civic Engagement to welcome their second cohort in a celebration that kicked off 2016 with civic engagement in mind.
