As a city, Chicago is working together to create leaders that can give back to where they grew. The University of Chicago Civic Leadership Academy is one example of these excellent programs designed for leaders. Working alongside University of Chicago faculty and scholars over the course of six months, the Civic Leaders brainstorm and identify civic problems and in the non-profit and government sectors and produce effective, efficient solutions.
