We’re excited to have our director of philanthropy and civic engagement, Sid Espinosa, speaking at Prospect SV’s Innovation and Impact Symposium in San Jose this month. Please join us at the symposium and help us build up clean tech innovation in the Bay Area and beyond.

Are you curious about the newest Innovation in advanced mobility, energy and the built environment and the Impact that it is having in our communities? Then our upcoming Innovation and Impact Symposium on May 31 may interest you!

The Innovation and Impact Symposium is Silicon Valley’s premiere forum for the cleantech industry, showcasing solutions that are addressing the challenges we face with increased urbanization. The conference was formerly called the Connected and Charged Symposium starting in 2011. Now in its 7th year, the annual Innovation and Impact Symposium focuses on Advanced Mobility, Energy and the Built Environment. This year’s theme revolves around smart city initiatives in both local government and leading tech companies. The event will showcase the region’s leaders in the startup, corporate, public and research communities.

This event will be headlined by Keynote speakers San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo, and author & futurist, Alex Steffen. We will also have several plenaries that feature notable speakers from Microsoft, Ford, Intel, Panasonic, VTA, ARUP, City of Palo Alto, and SF Environment. As we dive into our agenda, our opening and closing plenaries will highlight the sustainability challenges and the solutions that will impact our future communities. The remaining agenda will follow two tracks: Advanced Mobility, and Energy & The Built Environment. Breakout session panelists will be discussing trending topics and barriers surrounding Autonomous Vehicles, ZNE Buildings, Vehicle-to-Grid Integration, Distributed Energy Resources, and Connected & Electric Vehicles.

Don’t miss!

Startup Showcase – Exhibit booths in the Rotunda will feature emerging tech companies and their latest developments.
