Innovation and Impact Symposium — June 14, 2017

If you’re curious about the Innovation that is taking place in energy, mobility and transportation sectors and the Impact that it is having in real-world environments, then our upcoming Innovation and Impact Symposium on June 14 may interest you! We will take a look at autonomous vehicles technology, connected vehicle data and security, applied technologies for next-generation buildings, solutions for management and storage of clean power and much more…

The Innovation and Impact Symposium is Silicon Valley’s premiere forum for the cleantech market, showcasing solutions that are addressing the challenges we face with increased urbanization. This forum started out in 2011, when it was formally called Connected and Charged Symposium, with a focus on connected transportation, mobility and electrification. Beginning this year, the scope will be expanded to recognize the convergence and interdependence of connected and charged mobility with advances in energy and building technologies. The event will showcase the region’s leaders in the startup, corporate, public and research communities as they examine what is required to integrate and implement solutions that have the most impact.

This event will be headlined by several plenaries that feature notable speakers such as Steve Westly (Founder & Managing Partner, The Westly Group), Sid Espinosa (Director of Philanthropy and Civic Engagement, Microsoft), Marianne Wu (Executive Managing Director, GE Ventures), Diarmuid O’Connell (Vice President of Business Development, Tesla), Nuria Fernandez (General Manager/CEO, VTA), Angelina Galiteva (Board of Governors, CA ISO), Gil Friend (CSO, City of Palo Alto, CA) and Bill Mitchel (Senior Director, World Wide Public Sector, Microsoft).

The remaining agenda will follow three tracks: Mobility, Energy and The Built Environment. Each track will have three breakout sessions throughout the day. Exhibitor booths will also be featured along the general floor space.

We hope to bring awareness and education about all of the developments and progress that is taking place in the industry. Here at Prospect Silicon Valley, we are pleased to be organizing this eventful day. We’re grateful that Microsoft has graciously offered to host this event at their Conference Center in Mountain View and is our lead sponsor. Please join us on June 14 for this exciting event!
