Meet Four of Fast Company’s Most Creative People in 2017

As part of Fast Company’s Most Creative People in Business list, four employees at Microsoft were recognized for their innovations and achievements last year.

The Most Creative People in Business list recognizes 170 men and women around the world who have worked on fascinating projects in their field. As scientists, managers, programmers, comedians, designers, musicians, writers, and activists, they are each working to solve global and societal problems in creative ways.

At Microsoft, we work every day to empower people with technology. We are deeply honored and inspired to have four employees recognized for their achievements, ranging from our companywide initiative to make technology accessible, driving inclusion through the Autism Hiring Program and work on inclusive design, and advancements in artificial intelligence.

Fast Company editor Robert Safian, noted that, “our goal is to discover and highlight the people around the world who are not just thinking differently, but also putting their ideas into action to create new opportunities, redefine the rules of modern business, and drive change within their own industries and beyond. In today’s rapidly evolving world, it is creative and innovative leaders like these who will continue to move the needle and inspire us all.”

People around the world are doing great things to help advance society. The recipients on this list provide a strong reminder that we are all only limited by our imagination.
