I´m on holiday, tried to log on to my hotmail account on the hotel computer and I´ve received a message stating that Hotmail have identified that I have tried to log on from a different location than usual.  I received a message giving the last two numbers of my home telephone number asking that I give the last four numbers of my telephone number including the two they have given; is this normal or is it a scam.  Also, if they phone home to give me a code how am I expected to receive it if I`m away?.

I'm currently subscribed to Msn premium and sometime in the third quarter of this year I began having a myriad of prob-lems. Prior I was able to stay on line without" Msn has closed down to protect your computer" in the middle of working

on line. I also had "remember me" for sign-in. Now every day I have to sign in from 3 to ten times. Recently I traveled on vacation to Az and was unable to access e-mail. All of the above is absolutely unacceptable interference by MSN and I want it to STOP!!!!!  I'm leavingtown again and want to access my e-mail. Please fix it so that my normal sign in procedure is available from any locaton.

Must have an answer by 8:00PM 12/24/13 PST. If MSN is in conflict with another secuity system remove the MSN
