Long time ago, one had the possibilities to REPAIR Explorer, apparently this is not possible now, what a pity. Even the download site for Explorer refuses to extract the actual files as to replaced them with fresh ones.

    I'm I wrong?

Why do you ask for credit card numbers , before you will issue a new password.  I have been told that you NEVER tell your credit cards number to any one over the internet.  What would do for people who have NO credit cards, or x boxes.  I believe this information is NOT required for obtaning a new passwor.
