I downloaded the advanced protections offered on Wed. 10/12/11. Now I am unable to operate other software on my computer. How do I uninstall what I unstalled?

You are sending through WITH THE updates a virus that produces the BSOD; you should have paid more attention when PREVX brought up the subject last year.

I'm 72 years old and had to go an buy a new monitor 9AGAIN because this is the second time you did this.

I'm saving the old one so my son can get into it and see if there is a tiny bit of hardware memory that can be attacked by the bad update.  This happened also to others.  There is nothing wrong with the monitor until you send the updates.  It can even get forced back on by pushing the on and off button and shows the regular screen behind the back for 2 seconds.

We haven't been able to do this for quit some time. Also we had to put STOPZILLA on our computer because the antivirus software we were using wasn't cathing the worms or viruses. I can't get Security Updates for Microsoft.Net Framework to download.  I choose download and express install, wait unti lit says all but one is downloaded (which NEVER downloads) turn off the computer nad restart it and there it is again that irritating yellow shield with the exclamation mark in the middle.  When I open it, I get the SAME ones ready to download again.  I NEVER get an error msg.  What is going on?  Why can't we get hold of answers for this?  I saw that others had the same question on various websites.
