    Dear Sir:

I am using the dell computer to operate but the Smart Internet Protection 2011 claims that I have virus and other technical problems in my computer and they like to obtain my patronage but I have found from the internet of the others that it is a rogue firm that pretents to provide me service and I am satisfied with microsoft security service but I do not have credit cards but I have a debit card I always use in local purchases when I have a chance to go shopping.  I want the Smart Internet Protection 2011 to be removed from my computer.
