Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter launches in 25 new markets with Intel WiDi

Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter, mobile, Windows 8.1, photosIn September of last year, Microsoft announced the Wireless Display Adapter, a simple device that lets you see what’s on your tablet or smartphone on the big screen. Stream a movie on your HDTV from your favorite app and open up a second screen to multi-task, all from your laptop, smartphone, or tablet with Intel® Wireless Display (WiDi).

Microsoft collaborated with Intel on Intel Wireless Display to deliver rich, vibrant HD video and audio on the big screen, without the clutter of wires. We’re happy to announce that we’ve expanded sales of the device to most countries in Europe, as well as South Africa.  Additional countries will launch the product in March 2015, including Australia and in Asia.
