Kids create games, not just play them, at free YouthSpark Summer Camps

Of course, playing Xbox games is fun. But so is creating those games, and that’s what kids ages 8 to 13 can do this summer at free YouthSpark Summer Camps, held at Microsoft retail stores in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.

Kids learn what goes into making games, as well as learn the basics of coding and building their own games using “TouchDevelop” for mobile and “Project Spark” for consoles. The camps take place during two-hour sessions held over four days.
