At E3 2014, Ubisoft’s game lineup included titles for many of its most popular series, as well as new games.
In open-world, action-adventure series “Far Cry 4,” there’s a new villain and a new setting. You’ll find yourself in the Himalayan foothills, hunted by a villain who is “very particular with his words,” Xbox Wire writes. The game is due Nov. 18.
There’s also a new entry to the long-running “Rainbow Six” series, the first in six years, with a five-on-five, hostage-extraction mission and a siege element as players fortify and defend a position, or infiltrate and breach an enemy’s position. “Rainbow Six” is coming in 2015.
In “Assassin’s Creed Unity,” due Oct. 28, you’ll travel back to Paris during the French Revolution. The game introduces four-player co-op and “next-gen frills like being able to see shadows projected down halls to make you a more effective hunter — or hider.”
