Tips to college grads being interviewed for a job via Skype: Yes, people, do wear pants

Skype is a great tool for interviewing job candidates, and if you’re the just-out-of-college candidate who’s being interviewed, there are some ways to do it right. Lauren Berger, founder of and Microsoft Windows spokesperson, shares insights in a Q-and-A on a Skype blog.

Among the “rookie” Skype mistakes to avoid, she says: Job candidates who don’t dress appropriately. “Many people think they don’t need to wear pants, for example, but what if you need to stand up?” she says in the Q-and-A.
