‘FIFA 14’ and ‘Despicable Me: Minion Rush’ among latest apps and games updated for Windows and Windows Phone

Several popular apps and games for Windows and Windows Phone have recently received updates, and the Windows Experience Blog has posted on what’s new.

In early June, the globe’s biggest soccer tournament is set to kick-off in Brazil. Just in time, “FIFA 14” has just been updated to include all national teams, World Cup uniforms and the Brazuca ball. And when the tournament starts, those matches will be playable as Games of the Week. You can get the latest version of “FIFA 14” free from the Windows Store and Windows Phone Store.

The latest update to “Despicable Me: Minion Rush” gives players new environments (like the mall from the movie), more costumes and hundreds of missions. Get it for free from the Windows Store and Windows Phone Store.

Head over to the Windows Experience Blog to find out about the updates to “Temple Run 2,” “Subway Surfers,” Open Table and Crackle. And read about a new app, Realtor.com.
