Lenovo has announced two new Windows devices that are great choices for businesses: The ThinkPad 10 tablet and the ThinkStation P300 workstation.
The ThinkPad 10 has a lightweight premium aluminum design and comes with a vivid 10-inch full HD Gorilla glass display. The ThinkPad 10 can connect to an optional ThinkPad Tablet Dock or USB 3.0 docking station, where you can connect an external display, mouse, and either the Compact Bluetooth keyboard or directly attach the ThinkPad 10 Ultrabook full-sized keyboard, writes Brandon LeBlanc. It also has TPM (Trusted Platform Module) for encryption to keep the device secure. The ThinkPad 10 will start at $599 and be available in June.
The ThinkStation P300 is a new entry-level workstation that focuses on flexibility. For example, LeBlanc writes, the bulky handle is gone replaced with red touch points and an extended lip in the front and back that makes the workstation easy to carry and deploy. It will start at $729 and will be available in tower and smaller models starting in June through Lenovo business partners and on Lenovo.com.
