In new videos, Albert Penello, from the Xbox product planning team, and Scott Evans, from the Xbox engineering team, walk through some of their favorite tips and tricks so you can make the most of your Kinect experience.
In the video shown here, the two review Kinect set up and calibration, advising that Kinect shouldn’t be placed on top of a speaker; doing so makes it hard for Kinect to hear your voice. Also, placing Kinect as high as possible in the room gives it the best view to see you to pick up your gesture commands.
Two more videos about tips for using speech and gesture commands are also available. To view them and learn more, head over to Xbox Wire.
