Xbox chief Phil Spencer: ‘This is a company that wants to do things that change the world’

In a video interview, new Xbox chief Phil Spencer, who started with Microsoft 26 years ago as a software development intern, talks about how the company “wants to do things that change the world, and they have the resource and the ambition to do that, whether it’s with Xbox or any of the products we build.”

Spencer has an extensive background in development, having worked on games from “Fable” to “Rise of Nations.”
