Xbox Live Compute, which delivers the power of the cloud to game developers and to game players worldwide, was introduced several months ago, and the difference it makes in the quality of play is dramatic in Xbox One games like “Titanfall” and “Forza Motorsport 5.”
John Bruno, Xbox Live lead program manager, writes that while the implementations of cloud computing in each game differ greatly, the benefits gamers realize are consistent. Those benefits include better overall connectivity, improved multiplayer experiences and improved and evolving gameplay experiences.
