“Spectral Souls” (originally $15.99, now $7.99) is a Japanese tactical role playing game that you can play using touch only, or hook up your Xbox 360 Controller to explore the strange and dangerous world of Neverland. With “Tiny Token Empires” (originally $5.99, now $2.49) you control one of five major ancient superpowers and expand your reach by developing cities, building armies and annexing new territories. Finally, Small Experiments (originally $4.99, now $1.99) turns your house into a science lab, with 25 kid-focused activities, such as extracting the DNA of a pear, or turning a tea bag into a rocket. Videos walk the young scientists through each step.
