More U.S. utilities are opting for Office 365

Over the past year, three of the top 10 utilities in the U.S. have signed up for Office 365, the subscription-based online office and software-plus-services suite, and many more are jumping on the bandwagon both in the U.S. and around the world.

Why the sudden embrace of Office 365 by a capital expenditure-heavy industry that’s also highly regulated? In short, it’s a combination of competitive cost, enhanced security, and the attractiveness of a hybrid (cloud and on-premise) solution, reports Jon C.
