Lync 2013 brings satisfaction for clients and lawyers alike

In the legal industry, clients expect ready access and responsiveness, and attorneys want their clients to be able to find them quickly. These two requirements are a natural match for Microsoft Lync Server 2013.

The Lync Team Blog reports that Holland & Knight LLP recently made Lync available to its 2,000 attorneys and staff across the U.S. and plans to push the program not only to desktops, but will also make mobile and video capabilities available across employees’ choice of approved devices.

Moving to Lync marked a cultural shift for the firm, but after doing their research, Holland & Knight LLP decided the program would provide “a cost-effective, integrated toolset with options available to complement each person’s natural work patterns.”
