So far I have had seven messages to install the Security Update for MS Office – KB2760823, KB2760588, KB2760411. The eight iteration has just arrived. The updates were successful not failed so why I am receiving this constant stream of identical updates??

I'm having the same problem. It keeps asking me to update even though I've already updated and they were all successful. Why does it keep asking me to update identical things?

Like M McBroom those three MS Office updates keep wanting to be installed. Is there an answer out there?

The same 3 updates keep updating over and over again. Even though each time it says successfully installed.

I am having a similar experience to M McBroom for a Windows XP SP3 machine.  In my case, the updates being repeatedly offered are KB2760411, KB2760588, and KB2760583.  I will be contacting the appropriate Microsoft Support section.

Driver Manager, ie  ###-ware, has sneaked onto my system, don't know where or how, but can't be removed because there is no remove option via add / remove programs. There is only a Change option, and if you click that it re-installs itself again. !!! How do I kill it?
