Microsoft releases security updates on the second Tuesday of every month. 

The bulletin announces the release of 7 security updates:

  • 2 updates for Microsoft Windows only
  • 3 updates for Microsoft Office only
  • 1 update for Microsoft .NET Framework only
  • 1 update that combines multiple products: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft .NET Framework, and Microsoft Silverlight

    Want to notify you of a scam, last night I received a call saying there was a problem with windows and they would fix it, told them I would call windows directly.

    My boyfriend also received a call from someone stating their was a problem with his windows that was impacting their servers. I told him to hang up. This person or person are very persistent and continue to call back.

    the java script reads void I have went in to internet setting and security and checked. it reads java 0 void when i use MSN to log in to my acct I can not hit the continue button it reads java void.. I bought a microslft pc cleaner scanned the computer and it still does not work properly..help something is not right here…

    I'm running Vista Home. The email I rec'd and the info on this website all say there were 7 security updates today and yet when I go to Windows Update it shows one for today & tells me it's already up to date. This is not the first time this has happened. Please advise.

    I am running Windows XP.  Security Center reports my Firewall is ON, Automatic updates is on but Virus Protection is OFF; however, I can not seem to activate it. Suggestions?
