On Wednesday, the Ability Eye Gaze team, which won the Grand Prize in Microsoft's first-ever companywide Hacakthon, were given the chance to dump a bucket of ice water on CEO Satya Nadella as part of an effort to raise awareness around amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS.)
