Microsoft looks to remake the mobile market with acquisition of Nokia Devices and Services business

Microsoft finalized its acquisition of the Nokia Devices and Services business on Friday.

In September 2013, Microsoft entered into an agreement to purchase the Nokia Devices and Services business, which includes its smartphone and mobile phone businesses, its design team, manufacturing and assembly facilities and operations, and sales and marketing support.
