Microsoft acquisition of Nokia Devices and Services business finalized

On Friday, Microsoft finalized its acquisition of the Nokia Devices and Services business.

Microsoft and Nokia first formed a strategic partnership to build mobile devices together in February 2011, and the result was the Lumia line of smartphones, which has received critical and industry acclaim. In September 2013, Microsoft entered into an agreement to purchase the Nokia Devices and Services business.
